PRESS RELEASE - CARTOONIST JEFF SWENSON TO PARTNER WITH UNICORN MULTIMEDIA
In order to bring readers of Jeff Swenson's artwork and cartoon series he is licensing his material to Unicorn Multimedia for use in Iphone, Ipod and Ipad Apps.

They've been saying that print is dead for a long time, which I have yet to be convinced of, but that doesn't mean I don't want in on any new technology that will display my cartoons. With that in mind, I am currently licensing my material to Unicorn Multimedia to develop apps and ebooks to bring you my comics on the go.

We've already released "Funniest Funnies," a best of collection for your Iphone or Ipod Touch. Find it through the Itunes Store by either typing in the app title Funniest Funnies or type in Unicorn Multimedia. Because of the favorable response through downloads and reviews, another release of cartoons "Drunk Blondes and Hot Moms" has already made it through the review process and is also available. Expect more collections to be coming soon as we've already put together another collection called "Sex and Violence Funnies." The titles are a bit outrageous, but then my cartoons have always been twisted.

UPCOMING APPS
In the works are comic strip collections on the go. I know there are a lot of Cynic comic strip fans who have been waiting for the return of the series. It is slowly but surely coming back and new collections will premier through Itunes Apps, plus we have big plans for Ipad. Reprints of previous episodes will be also available too. We have already laid out a best of collection featuring Scott and Doyle in "Prank Wars and Babe Scams."

On the tamer side, if you like newspaper funnies you'll appreciate "Stan 'N' Isaac, Volume 1 Color Funnies". I grew up on classic comic strips that influenced this series about two kids who have funny conversations and adventures in real life (or as real as it can get in a comic strip). They battle it out with bullies, teachers, lunch ladies, Grandpa, the neighbor's dog and each other.

Pug 'N' Pug is currently being previewed on Swensonfunnies.com on the comics blog but will also be run as a mini-series in the Itunes App Store through Unicorn Multimedia. Cricket the Pug and his master butt heads while wife Isabella looks on and shakes her head. Ever see a pug get married? You will in this comic strip series. Everyone loves pugs, so ugly they're cute. Download your copy when available.

The funnies collections won't stop there. I'm believe this partnership will result in some quality entertainment for readers who are stuck someplace they don't want to be and need some quick laughs. Keep a lookout for Unicorn Multimedia Apps and the cartooning work of myself, Jeff Swenson.
