This was a quick project where I needed to do an animation on a loop and of course the easiest to thing to do is a waterfall. But painting in Flash is a bit harder. You can't blend colors in Flash without getting into heavy gradients that can add to your file size so you lay down flat colors over each other to create light and shadow. Simple but nice.
