But I never had a huge interest in Laura Winslow, Myra is the one that caught my attention. Short, feisty, curvy and a lover of all things "Nerd," Myra is the fantasy girlfriend I wanted in high school. Her sex appeal is enormous, not to mention her hooters.

In one recent rerun I watched, the episode concerned Steve Urkel creating a cloning machine and cloning of all things himself. After several slapstick scenes, Myra enters the picture, sits down with the two Urkels on either side of her and says something to the extent of her now being a "Myra Sandwich." That took me off-guard and was good for a laugh. Traditionally a sandwich is when three people are in bed; one guy on top, one guy on the bottom and one girl getting double the fun inbetween them. You can't tell me that the writers weren't thinking of the same thing when they wrote that line. Certainly there was some innuendo intended and I would guess that it passed over the heads of most kids and even the more prude adults who only approve of family entertainment.

Of course, that triggered my mind to try to picture Myra naked. She is short but certainly well-proportioned. I'm sure her little black body would be very satisfying as well as those lips. Her face reminds you of perfection, a face that could be on a doll. Her smile is unreal.

Sad to say, Myra can only be seen on Family Matters reruns and a handful of other TV Show spots. The actress who played her, Michelle Thomas, died in 1998 of stomach cancer just as Family Matters was ending. I was sorry to read this after looking up her bio. On the show she was so perky, so full of optimism and had enough self-confidence for ten people. I wonder what her real personality was like? She is the kind of comedian that if she had survived her cancer, I believe she would have popped up in numerous other sitcoms until getting a full time role. I'm sure she could have sparked some life into many of the UPN bores.

Geez, now I'm depressed. When cute, sexy, perky girls die of stomach cancer the world really sucks.

At least Michelle Thomas' character lives on in the reruns and I don't think people are getting tired of the Family Matters sitcom as it continues to be shown. Maybe that's the one true way to live after death.
